4th of July Block Captains

Block captains will meet at the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce beginning at 1:45pm on the 4^th.  They will get a clipboard and designated block to help keep the lineup in order as Chamber staff/volunteers stage the parade.  Line-up will officially begin at 2pm. Block Captains will also put up the street barricades at their designated block.  When the parade begins at 4pm, block captains are able to leave once their block is cleared, this is estimated to be around 4:30pm.
