A volunteer bus monitor is needed to ride the Muscabus as it transports children from various stops in Muscatine to the Shell station in Fruitland in the morning and from the Shell Station in Fruitland to various stops in Muscatine in the afternoon. The volunteer will help ensure children are following bus rules. The volunteer will meet the driver at the Muscabus station located at 1459 Washington Street to begin each shift. This opportunity will follow the L-M School Calendar and has the potential for one volunteer to cover the morning and afternoon shifts or for one volunteer to cover the morning shifts and a second to cover the afternoon shifts.
The morning shift is from 6:30am-8:30am Monday-Friday (adjusting as needed per L-M School Calendar)
The afternoon shift is from 3:00pm-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 2:00pm-3:30pm on Fridays (adjusting as needed per L-M School Calendar)
