Muscatine Center for Social Action

MCSA provides housing, basic health care, educational and support services for those in need in Muscatine County. We have been filling gaps for those in need in our community since 1991.

MCSA has roughly 16 programs in place to serve the communities needs. This includes but is not limited to our Food Pantry, Emergency Overnight Shelter, Family Shelter, Men's supportive door rooms, Domestic Violence Shelter, Homeless Prevention Program, Case Management Program, and our Neighborhood Revitalization Program.
