Block captains are needed for Muscatine's 4th of July Parade happening Downtown. Start time is 1:45PM on Friday, July 4, 2025 with end time being approximately 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include: Setting up/tearing down barricades on their designated block, directing parade participants where to line-up per the order list, and general help prior to the parade.
