Career Center Training volunteers will support the career development programs sponsored by the Helms Career Center Coordinator.

- Are you a tech geek and have a knack for helping others understand technology?
- Sharing your life skills with others to help them reduce barriers to successful employment?
- Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, one-on-one training?
Do you possess these qualifications:
- Warm, welcoming, friendly personality
- Good listener and responsive to job seeker’s needs
- Non-judgmental and accepting of individuals who experience barriers, and challenging situations they may be going through
- Basic-Intermediate computer skills
- Word
- Internet searches and locating information on company websites
- Available to volunteer 1 or more times per month for at least an hour with flexible scheduling times
- Do you enjoy learning new skills
